Items are packaged and processed the next available business day then are picked up by postal couriers. Scheduled planes with our packages leave the airport twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Items are shipped via Global Mail. The transit time is usually 9 – 15 days, but please allow up to 45 days for delivery. Some packages may take over 45 days, especially if ordered during the holiday season (October – January) or if items are held at customs for inspection.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your item’s return. Shiana has a 10-day item inspection period, and we can not accept returns after 10 days of receipt.

Items must be received in the original sealed plastic bag with item numbers for identification. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.We do not incur any additional costs on your part for restocking or replacing items. All shipping fees are exclusive of this agreement.

To process a return, please contact customer service. Full refunds, exchanges or store credit may be given depending on the case of the return and/or current stock.

When your email is sent, it is automatically sorted and presented to a customer service representative. Your email address will be retained, however Shiana will not contact you by your email address unless it is to process an order or answer an inquiry.
